This single family house was built on a rectangular lot, with its backyard overlooking the main lake of the gated neighborhood. The design stems from the consolidation of a central axis that works as core and drive from which the box opens onto its five faces, organized from a central outdoor patio, offering light and ventilation to the main common areas of the house and the master suite.
From the geometrical axis described, continuous strips are developed, partially crossing discontinuous and diagonal supports, always maintaining the concept of spatial streaming and continuity through a strong commitment to geometrics.
Fine and delicate textures, such as Travertine, concrete, incense or glass, together with strong colors, such as black and white, make this house sophisticated and innovative.
